Standard Warranty
All Kamefiber products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.
Extended Warranty
Extended warranty options are available for up to 3 years on select products.

What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects in connectors and cables
- Optical performance issues not caused by misuse
- Component failures due to material defects
- Workmanship errors in assembly and polishing

This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Damage caused by improper installation or handling
- Failures resulting from unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Damage from environmental factors (moisture, excessive heat, UV exposure)
- Physical damage including bending beyond minimum bend radius
- Products used in applications beyond their rated specifications
- Loss or theft of products

Replacements
Upon verification of a warranty claim, Kamefiber will replace the defective product with an identical or equivalent model. Replacements are subject to availability.
Refunds
If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund for the defective product. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Return Shipping
Kamefiber covers return shipping costs for verified warranty claims. Customers must use the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team.

For returns of non-defective items:
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Custom and special-order items are non-returnable
- A 15% restocking fee may apply
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Standard products returned in sellable condition may be exchanged or eligible for store credit.
